I have this watch that belonged to my grandmother... I was wondering when it was made and if it worth anything...

in the front it sais "Anne Klein II Quartz" and in the back "Base metal bezel stainless steel back 10\1018 400.101 Swiss movt parts thai assembly water resistens 100 FT"
