Hi, Everybody! May be you have some experience with a renowned but impolite Swiss watchmaker? I am located in Germany. Last September (2007) I got a beautiful and Swiss watch ("a collectible piece") as a wedding gift. So far it has been repaired twice. The second time (last week) I was informed that I used the watch incorrectly ("it was hit"), but it was never the case. It is not the first expensive first class watch in my life, but for the first time I am lectured on how to handle it. Any ideas? I would be happy to keep this watch, but I find this instruction very rude and, naturally, I am starting to hate the watch  Embarrassed

Sorry for my mistakes - September 2006, of course, and it was repaired as early as November 2006 and end of July 2007. The maker's opinion was given to me by a jeweller who sold the watch. I intend to ask for a written statement. Is it a good idea? Sholud I write directly to the watchmaker? I am quite emotional about this subject.

Its irritating when someone tries to teach you and make you seem like fool.
