Incabloc Cyryn Watch

I was given an Incabloc Cyryn watch some time ago I am trying to find out about it. It is gold plated with a stainless steel back it has 17 Jewels written on it (whatever that means) and it may be swiss made. It's size makes either a ladies watch or a childs watch it is too small for me to wear. The watch originally came to me through my grandfather and belonged to a friend of his who from what I was told was quite wealthy. The only thing I can find out about Incabloc is that it is a shock absorber manufacturer and Cyryn actually relates to Belarussian Heraldry! any ideas???
