Anyone know anything about this?

It belonged to my grandfather so I believe it to be around 100 years old.

Edit: Sorry pictures don't work, copying the links and adding h-t-t-p should make them work.


As you can see it has the letters "RA", and "SF" below that, although SF could be SVF?
