Hello,
I have received this great watch as gift but without a user guide! I have problems understanding how to make it work.
It is an automatic and I can hear it "working but the seconds won't start.
I set the date and hour but nothing happens!!!
This is the watch http://www.panerai.com/s_page.xpd?id_lingua=2&id_sezione=16&id_prodotto=730&id_categoria=35
Any help would be really appreciated!!

As long as the crown ( winder ) is pushed in the seconds should run even with or without the lever closed
you can either push the crown towards the body of the watch or close the lever and that will do it too
