I think the watch is an Audemars-Piquet They are highly prized. I do not know anything about your particular model. Try the web site: http://www.audemarspiguet.com/ They cite the watch as:Royal Oak Concept hand-wound watch. Tourbillon mechanism, dynamograph and power-reserve indicator showing the number of turns of the barrel. Case in alacrite 602, titanium bezel and fibre strap with titanium and stainless steel folding clasp, transparent sapphire caseback. Water-resistant to 500 metres. Royal Oak 30th anniversary limited edition of 150. I think it may be worth a small fortune.

Unless your watch maker was a very good replica maker I also think you have a watch worth a great deal of money.
It is an automatic Audemars-Piquet the rotor is visible through the back of the watch..
Check out the Audemars-Piquet web site .
Take it to a reputable watch make and have them authenticate if for you.
While I think it is genuine It is very difficult to be sure from a photograph.
Good luck.

This is a very bad replica of an Audemars Piguet Concept, would value it at approx £5.
The concept is made of Alacrite with a Kevlar strap.  It is also a manual movement, not an auto as this is.
Plus many other reasons....!
