vintage rolex oyster chronometer how can I tell if genuine

I have in my possession a Rolex stainless steel Oyster Perpetual Chronometer bubble back which I am trying to ascertain if it is totally original. The numbers on the end lugs are not what you would expect of a Rolex a bit inprecise and the Rolex Mark inside the back of the case looks etched as to what I have been told it should be stamped. The movement looks fine.
Would any member know where I can get a comphrensive report done on a watch such as this.
