Hi
My hubby bought a Rolex watch from a reputable dealer in Vegas (Belagio).  Whwn it was mailed to him we opened it and it has 2 slight (tiny as crap) scratches on it.  The jewelry store was kinda rude about it and acted like maybe he can get a new one.  My husband is irate!  Any ideas and how do we know if it is a 2005 or not.  The watch itself did not even come from that jewelry store but yet another in Vegas.  Is this normal?

If you have the serial number then the approx age can be given , though depending in the model they can "sit around" for a while
