Brietling Crosswind Chrono automatic

My wife bought this watch for me for Christmas and I absolutely love it. But I can't figure out how it is self winding, or if it even is. I read all of the literature and directions that came with it and have been looking on the web for and answer so far i can't find out if I have to wind it or if it does it itself somehow. If I do wind it ..how often. thanks for any help.

Most Breitling automatic watches will stop working after 3-4 days if not worn. Try unscrewing the crown until it clicks out and wind clockwise. If it is automatic you will hear a faint ticking as the spring winds. It is difficult to overwind a Breitling automatic so there should be no problem. The best advice would be to wind about 10-15 revolutions of the crown then wear the watch. The movement of wearing the watch will keep it wound to the optimum amount.
